At Darbari, we want you to feel confident about every order you place with us. While we don’t offer returns or cancellations, we do accept exchanges under specific conditions — and we’re here to make that process easy and clear.

You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, or
• You need a different size for an eligible product

To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components will not be accepted for exchange.

We do not offer refunds at this time. All sales are final. However, we’re committed to making sure you receive the right product and fit — and we’ll always assist in resolving any genuine issue.
