What size should I choose?

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

When will my order arrive?
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.
Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can request a cancellation by contacting us at
care@darbari.store. Once the order is processed and you’ve received a tracking confirmation, cancellations are no longer possible.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email and we will contact the shipping company.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

1. What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, a second email will be sent with tracking details .

2. What is the return and exchange policy?
  • Product Exchanges: We accept exchanges if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please return the item in its original packaging.
  • Size Exchanges: Unfortunately, we don’t offer size adjustments. Kindly verify your size before placing an order.
  • Returns & Cancellations: We don’t allow returns or cancellations. Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
